Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Wolfshieldfit, including personal training sessions, memberships, programs, and other related services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Wolfshieldfit offers personal training services and wellness programs in the form of:

Training Packages: Available in 4, 8, or 12 sessions.
Membership Programs: Offered as 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year packages.

Promotions may be offered from time to time, but specific terms and conditions will apply to each.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment Terms: Payment for packages and membership programs is required upfront. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other authorized methods.
Late Payments: If your payment is not successfully processed, you will be notified and required to settle the outstanding balance promptly to avoid interruption of services.
Refunds: There are no refunds for training sessions or memberships once purchased. Refunds are only available for merchandise or non-consumable products in accordance with the Wolfshieldfit return policy.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule your training session at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
Missed Sessions: Any sessions not canceled within 48 hours will be considered consumed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that personal training involves inherent risks, and you agree to assume those risks. Before starting any program, you must sign a Liability Waiver that releases Wolfshieldfit from liability in case of injury or harm resulting from participation in training.

5. Termination of Services

Wolfshieldfit reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we terminate your services, you will not be entitled to a refund unless specified in the case of non-consumable products.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Parental Consent for Minors

If you are purchasing a program for a minor, you must provide parental consent when purchasing the program. Parents or legal guardians will be required to sign a consent form before the minor can begin training.

8. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws regarding the provision of our services, including those related to personal training, health information, and privacy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wolfshieldfit operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in our home state.
